Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator
My name is Alexis and I serve as the Office Manager at The Dental Lounge- Fort Worth. I help ensure the office runs smoothly and patients feel comfortable at every visit. I contribute a strong background in insurance and financial coordination, including verification, eligibility, billing, and third-party financing options, helping patients better understand and maximize their benefits.
Passionate about patient care and organization, I chose a career in dentistry because I enjoy being part of a team that helps improve people’s health and confidence.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and my dogs, Moose and Honey. I also enjoy crocheting, which allows me to be creative and relax after a busy day.
My favorite part of my role is building relationships with patients and supporting the dental team so that everyone has a positive experience at the practice.

My name is Abir khalaf , I’m 25 years old and originally from Lebanon. I earned my degree in General Dentistry (DDS)from Medipol University in Istanbul.I’m currently working as a dental assistant with a passion for patient care and continuous learning, I am dedicated to advancing my career in dentistry while building strong connections in the healthcare field. Recently married, I enjoy traveling with my husband, especially exploring nature and discovering new mountains.
Paisley Martindale

My name is Paisley Martindale, and I am a 21-year-old dental assistant with a genuine passion for helping others feel confident in their smiles. I am deeply interested in oral health and committed to continuously expanding my knowledge in patient care and dental education. My goal is not only to support patients in achieving healthy smiles, but also to empower them with the information they need to maintain long-term oral wellness.
I am currently focused on staying on track with my goals and plan to attend dental school in the future to further my education in the dental field. Through dedication, compassion, and a strong work ethic, I aim to build a meaningful career centered around exceptional patient care.
Outside of my studies, I cherish spending time with family and friends and creating lasting memories with the people who mean the most to me.

RDA / Front Desk
Jimena Cruz, RDA is a Registered Dental Assistant and UT Austin graduate with a BSA in Biology. Inspired by her family’s struggles with dental care, she chose dentistry to make a difference in her community and is on the pre-dental track with plans to attend dental school.
Outside the office, Jimena enjoys concerts, the gym, and long walks with her dog, Simba.
